    So does anybody think I could move truck maybe 15ft or so without ******* it up worse

    i dont think i would. i would try and find another way to move it.

    Jack it up and wedge a block of wood in between the bump stops and then lower the jack. That will keep your tires from rubbing and axles binding. Then move it to the shop.
