Okay , as most of you know I ordered an Xcal 3 from Justin at VMP and he said 1-2 weeks and I forgot to give him the computer code. So first off the programmer arrives late and he only shipped it because I had to email him numerous times. Next I hooked it up and emailed him the code the next day. He never responded so I emailed him again, and he responds sayin I Will Check!. Then I just went ahead and emailed him the code again to be on the safe side.And since then he has not responded to any of those emails, and over 23 phone calls. I have not gotten him to answer the phone yet. This dude is really makin me MAD. What should I do, I got 402 dollars on the line here.
send it back and then go to someone else and them get the sct livewire. i have a buddy that got one from troyer for his mustang
Yea, return it. Either go w/ the Livewire or the SF3. Both are great units by SCT. Customer service and product satisfaction should be key in any purchase.
yeah i want to get the livewire but dont have the money for one yet. i know a few people that have them and they all really love it. nad there is a place in michigan that is a sct dealer and they have a dyno also
