    my dad said the reason was is because it needed new brakes all around, and new windshield and it had no radio... ~$500 of work ?

    ....well that sucks man....its a good looking truck...there is no way he can buy it and you can just fix those things yourself? your insurance should be giving you a free windshield...well in florida they give you a free one every year....

    yeah insurance will but it had to have been done when you had it in your name. like when we bought my truck from my grandma the windshield was already cracked so they wouldn't cover it. i said that but he didn't think it was worth that easy work. but i found a nice 05 king ranch 4x4 leveled with 42k miles for 14 , i really want it lol

    i'm gonna show them the 04 tomorrow , it's already lifted and my dad wants a "well taken care of" truck not a lifted truck that's been beat around and the 04 is adult owned and everythings professionally done so thats good

    Way too many miles on the '05 for that price. Yeah its got a new motor and tranny but theres probably a good reason why (beat on?) but the rest of the truck (suspension, etc) has 202k. No way is it worth $14k.

    The '05 seems a little expensive.

    I paid $14,700 for my '06 XLT (yeah, not a KR or Lariat) with 48k back in 2/09. I saw a few '04 FX4's with around 75k for $12k back then.
