Im with you bama makes no sense to me but to each their own. Lots of nice 2wd lifted trucks out there and i lke many of them just something i couldnt own. sent from area 51
Oh no, don't get me wrong, there's some bad ass lifted 2WD's. Example, GatorCrew's truck. That thing is sick. For me personally, I'd buy a 4X4 to lift. But as Josh said, to each their own.
well thats no surprise, you'd agree with him if he said he liked mens asses.. and just because you lift a truck doesn't mean you have to take it to mud bogs every weekend hell i only go mudding and offroading about once or twice a month. some people just want a lifted stance on their truck, just like you lowered guys want a lowered stance. can't stand when people say lifted 2wd's are pointless, jarrett has a locker and more clearance than me. he would make it through more shat than me hands down. that's just like saying dropping a truck is pointless unless you take it to car shows every weekend
Dylan you better realize fast that we are all entitled to our opinion just as everyone has to listen to yours. The mens ass reference is not only uncalled for but entitles you to an ass whopping. You must realize quickly that bama and i come from the same school of thought unlike your punk ass. I never said that i looked down on anyone who did and in fact said that i like many 2wd lifted trucks i just wouldnt own one. I dont doubt jarretts truck can go far in mud or whatever else it goes through. Never questioned performance just not what floats my boat. Apparently mens asses float your boat because you continually talk about them. Im not going to apologize for sharing my opinion even if it is an agreement with other members on the forum. In fact many of us share the same mindset. I know you enjoy pushing the norm and feel like your opinion is the only one that matters but yours is only one of many. There always has to be one jackass in the group so wear the hat proudly dipstick. Arguing with you is like whiping before you poop it makes no sense. sent from area 51
I never said lifted 2WD's were pointless. I simply stated I never understood lifting a 2WD. That doesn't mean I think it's wrong or no one should be allowed to lift a 2WD, I PERSONALLY don't care for it. While pre-runner style 2WD's are one thing, most lifted 2WD's are usually nothing more then for show. Usually the person was given the truck or their parents bought them a 2WD, and in most cases they want it to look like a 4WD. I really don't think there's too many people out there that intentionally bought a 2WD for the sole purpose of lifting it and taking it "in the mud". Thus the very reason I won't lift mine. First off its a V6, secondly it's a 2WD. It's not going deep off road regardless of high high it's lifted or whether or not I've installed a locker and insane off road tires. Dylan you said you only go "muddin" once or twice a month, that's more then anyone I know with a lifted 2WD goes in a year. Dylan, if you're so worried about defending lifted 2WD's then how bout you trade that FX4 in on an FX2? Oh, I didn't think so...cause when it's all said and done, the ability for those two front tires to power themselves is actually a big deal. Now with that said, lift your 2WD's, I could care less. It's my personal preference, and I PERSONALLY wouldn't do it. That DOES NOT mean I think you're lesser of a human being for doing so. Also, all you lifted 2WD guys here, don't get yer panties in a bunch, it's simply my opinion, and trust me, I've seen plenty of opinions around here I didn't agree with, it's part of life and what makes the world go round.
