    That's what I was thinking, maybe put a lil silicone in there, then bondo?

    just leave the holes. they add like 5 horsepower

    Not sure if it's been mentioned already, but make sure to cut all that cancer away before attempting to patch anything. Unless the rust is neutralized it will continue to spread regardless of the patch work. Cutting away the really bad stuff and using a rust neutralizer would be the easiest way to start to repair it.

    Looks like a nice truck, but I agree with the majority, that thing behind the cab needs to go.
