Hey all I know I havent been on in a while been busy with work. So recently I started hearing a noise from my Passenger side engine bay. I took it to the local shop and he told me that I have a manifold bolt broken. he told me I need to replace the manifold so while I am doing one might as well do both. He told me just to go with stocks ones but if I am replacing them why not go better?(Local guy told me stocks are the best but idk I will leave it up to you guys.)
So any suggestions or should I stick with OEM?

I would grab a pair of Shorty headers if you don't want any other exhaust work, otherwise grab some long tubes. If you're sticking with manifolds, OEM are fine.

Well I honestly don't understand why he said that you had to replace the entire manifold because of a broken bolt...??? Unless it was like my passenger side manifold on Browning which had been leaking long before I bought her and warped the manifold....did he say anything about the gasket? I would get a second opinion IMO because I have dealt with exhaust manifolds on two trucks I owned.....and when the took the last one out 4 bolts broke....and my mechanic got them out.....however if you have the funds...go ahead and get some shorty headers man make that beast sound like one.
