Id go with the 87... you know that sas is going going to haunt you until you do it... this way its done. gears are easy to redo, plus the v8 is a plus. seems more fun for a mud toy.
The problem with the Harley is I have no one to ride with, can't ride much in the winter and I loved my old Toyota I had, regret ever letting it go. J.Wal
yea i always wanted a bike but will never get one...dunno how you do it...just worked one not long ago guy got cut in half by guardrail....
I ain't scared of the bike but I was on my way home one morning and almost hit a deer. I locked up the rear tire and if I had went off the road to he left, well that's the bluff to the river, it's a 250' drop to the bottom, and full of trees. Might not have got found in time, know what I mean! So for a farm / play truck the 87 takes it. It already has the SAS which is about 1500- 2000 bucks worth, then the 38" TSLs are 1500 or so, and the motor is worth some and the custom work to install it, plus the professionally built/ bent roll cage is nice too! Ok! But it will be strafe for a roof/ bed rack thing with ridged LEDs all the way around. And one for the front bumper. J.Wal
