    351. Toss on a couple good Edlebrock heads and a decent cam and you gots torque! 302's are more high rpm motors.

    I say 351 to.

    What Ive really been lookin into that I think would be pretty cool is a 4bt cummins swap..... dont see it happenin for a while but its def in my longterm plans for the truck, but I dont think this would be that budget friendly.

    ok... lol. first i gotta say 351W in a truck is the way to go..

    and yeah tons of parts are available for a 302.. well theres just as many available for a 351W...

    302'S SUCK in trucks.... unless they are reg cab shortbeds.. otherwise they are dogs just bout..

    i've had both, and a 351W is much more fun and rewarding to build in a Truck..

    more torque, and more horsepower and can rev just about as easily...

    they'll work on 351W's also... GT40 heads or C8 or D0 heads....
