exactly, now look down, those two tube like appendages coming out of your body are your tools they're free
Y'all swear it ain't too hard to line it up with the window though? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nah just follow my tutorial haha. Not sure what you're worried about. Is your glass crooked?? That happened to me and like I said just work it around to get it back straight and the assembly has two clips that bolt to your window
nah, once you get the assy bolted in, roll the window up slowly til it connects with the window, try to roll again, tighten clamps, done

Even more fun was a '97 Mercury Gran Marquis. Driver's side power window regulator was riveted to the inner door. The steel shaft of the aluminum headed rivets made it nearly impossible to drill them out but a Dremel cutoff wheel cured that. Should be easier to remove and install the regulator with the broken window out of the way. You did say it "broke" as in the glass or just the up and down function? I used a glass suction cup to hold the window up while I R/R'd the regulator assembly.
okay so i cant figure out which exact one i need. they all look the same to me, and i dont want to get the wrong ones. i could use some direction? i need the front passenger window, and the rear driverside window. heres a link to what im looking at: http:/http://www.carparts.com/compare/?R=replacementrepf462914front%2Cdriverside+replacementrepf462913front%2Cpassengerside+dormanrb741429front%2Cpassengerside+dormanrb741428front%2Cdriverside+&B=Tj0wJlZOPTQyOTQ5NjM4NzgrNDI5NDk2Mzc2Nis0Mjk0OTY3MTE3KzQyOTQ5NjM4MjErNDI5NDk2Njc4NCZQTj0wKzkzMzAmTnI9dW5pdmVyc2FsOjAmTm89MCZOcHA9MTA%3D
if you have a 4 door which you do then it doesn't matter which one you get. theres no specific "passenger side" "drivers side"
I hate my windows. my drivers one makes a ton of racket going up and down. it popped off the track. I tried glueing it back but its one of those things Ford designed to forever stay on...and it failed well you have to replace the entire window and track assembly..sucks!
