They screw into those little holes on the side. A regular stud pattern would be every other one, but I'm going to on every hole Lol. There's a special drill you use to install them.

You're gonna need to sipe those, not very many studs in those and the lugs are gonna suck on ice, siping should help though

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. It's not too expensive and should help a lot. We'll see. Still no snow up here lol

It'll make a world of differnce, when I had my ats up there an they have decent lugs I had em siped and it helped more than te studs, maybe because the 17mm studs they installed were biggest they had an were stil too small haha. But it helps a ton, that's basically all blizzacks are is severely siped at tires an you know how people worship those

yeah, and my Hankook iPikes and Cooper Discoverers where siped like crazy and did really well. I'll probably do it before I get them mounted. You know anyone in the Atown/valley area that sipes for a good price?

The new MTs have a tread depth of 19/32 which should help also. The iPikes were only 13/32 and Coopers were 15/32...

I never had a problem with them in the snow (I spent alot of time in NWPA when I had them and they average 115" of snow a year) but we dont drive on ice like you guys do

They want 18 a tire, Phelps in Wasilla will do them for 16. I'll probably drop them off Monday. It's closer and cheaper lol

Yeah, we've been getting a lot of rain and I've got a 50mile commute on the highway each day now. I'm sure I'll see some nasty road conditions
