No sorry if I said that wrong. I paid 1200 with all of the options. I had to buy the actual winch separate though.
Hey I think I paid about 1,200$ for the bumper and 2,000$ for the bumper and the 8,000lb warn winch. Mine came with Euro bar without center cross bar, D-rings, light tabs and the winch carrier. I'm pretty sure that's all of the options it had
