im pretty sure that is just to line it up... i dont think theres a screw or anyhting... i think there it just a hole in the fender... and on the emblem there is a little pin sticking

you can just pop the emblem off... you can use like guitar string and take it off..like your flossing your teeth...lol..... i just used etching primer... and then i actually use like a indoor gloss black.. that had metallic in it... you cant really tell it different than just gloss black... except for when its in the sun..... but just any kind of outdoor gloss black will work... them emblems are actually metal ( if i remember correctly)

well the way i did it was just taped it off right there on the truck... taped the whole fender off ...used some painters tape and newspaper.... sanded them down(very painful...haha i was scared shitless).... i used etching primer... and then i just used gloss black....i didnt clear coat...........but i should have...and i didnt do a very good job lol..and they turned out pretty good

haha..my dad got his big idea awhile back that he wanted this little cheap fake antenna looking thing on the roof of his truck... ... but he liked the idea so much he bought 2... put one on each side...i was like WTF..... its horrible looking [IMG] on top of the cab..lol

hahaha.... same thing here... my dad is a car nut... but lately its been CADDY.. lol.. hes been watching a 63 caddy .... i would say if it wasnt for my mom holding the check book ... we would have a 63 caddy lol...i bought a 95 camaro..thinking he would atleast start driving it.. but nope.. he said he didnt like shifting gears anymore( he was a 5 year in a row fastest shifter in his class at most of the strips around here when he was drag racing back in the 60's and 70's)... i always hear storys about him drag racing and shit..now hes 67.. he wont do anything.... some times he gets a wild hair and gets me some money and tell me to order some stuff for his truck..02 f150
