2010 v10 nothing with key found fuse 27 to the ignition blown. Replaced and every time I put the key in the ignition it immediately pops without even turning it over. Bypassed fuse to trouble shoot and it fires right up. Put fuse back and it pops again. Grounding out somewhere possibly. Where to begin any help appreciated

Late reply on this one, but it popping as soon as the key goes in is a good clue, since that is before you have even turned anything. Whatever on fuse 27 wakes up with the key in, like the ignition switch itself, the PATS ring around the cylinder, or the key in chime circuit, is probably where the short is. I would pull the column covers and look for a pinched or rubbed through wire around there first.

I would not drive it with the fuse bypassed though, that is how wiring fires start. Did you ever track it down?
