this should be fun and full of great info. Tell us what you did to your Ford F-150 today, or recently, even if you just drove it around the block!
I will begin... I have a 2017 F-150 (5.0L) engine and I felt like flushing all fluids would be a great idea since I am super harsh on the engine.
