Ford is still planning to put a midsize electric pickup on sale in 2027 with a target price around $30,000. It's the first truck on their new Universal EV Platform and will be built in Louisville, Kentucky using cheaper LFP batteries. Ford says it'll be as quick as an EcoBoost Mustang with more room inside than a RAV4, plus a frunk and a bed. Prototypes have been spotted testing and it's a lot smaller than an F-150... would you look at one as a second truck?
